Important! All screenshots have to be unedited and the whole screen including your taskbar with time & date must be visible - check the examples.
Please make the screenshots in the following order:
- The key entered into the activation window and the error message you receive when trying to redeem it.
- Your Games Library on GOG.com (Account 👉🏼 Library).
- Your Orders History section on GOG (Account 👉🏼 Orders & Settings 👉🏼 Orders History).
Please send the screenshots exactly like the following examples, so we can help you as soon as possible.
