If your Microsoft key might not work, please create a Support Ticket and add 4 screenshots.
Important! All screenshots have to be unedited and the whole screen including your taskbar with time & date must be visible - check the examples.
Please make the screenshots in the following order:
- The entered key before the activation (please leave out the last letters / numbers).
- The shown error message (might appear directly when you past in the key, you have to start the process again and not copy the complete key).
- The transactions history of your Microsoft account.
- The subscriptions section of your Microsoft account.
