Important! All screenshots have to be unedited and the whole screen including your taskbar with time & date must be visible - check the examples.
Please make the screenshots in the following order:
- The entered key before the activation, with your Steam library in the background.
- The shown error message from Steam, with your Steam library in the background.
- Your Steam licenses and product key activations page . Just click on your account name in top right corner 👉🏼 View Account Details 👉🏼 View licenses and product key activations.
Please send the screenshots exactly like the following examples, so we can help you as soon as possible.
