Games From Space solves complex mathematical equations using your GPU (also know as crypto mining). This naturally puts your GPU under stress, here are a few tips on how to ensure the negative impact on your GPU is as small as possible:
1. Make sure your GPU is well cooled
The most important factor is actually the heat at which your GPU is running. You should not exceed 80°C - we recommend keeping it below 70°C.
This will ensure a longer life time of your GPU.
NVIDIA owners can monitor the temperature in the GFS Engine Room.
2. We don't recommend overclocking, but if you do...
Make sure you use stability programs to ensure that your overclocking is having the desired effect.
Heaven benchmark is a general favourite, which allows you to see the true stability of your GPU.

3. Static Fan Speeds
With mining it always helps to keep static fan speeds on your GPU. This will stop your fans' ball bearings from wearing out too quickly.
We recommend MSI Afterburner to apply static fan speeds. For those who overclock, please note: The fan speed will need to reflect any overclock that you have present, remember the lower your temps the better the performance and the longer your GPU life.
