About the FAQ and the Knowledge Base:
Engine won't start? Space Coin production is low? GPU doesn't show up in Engine Room?
More often than not, the answer to your technical or usage question is found posted in our handy FAQ, or within our Knowledge Base. For an instant answer to your question without having to wait for Staff, search through our FAQ or Knowledge Base for an answer.
If your question is not resolved by using the FAQ and Knowledge Base, please use one of the support channels below.
DISCORD SUPPORT CHANNEL:
We have a Discord channel for support and discussions among all our pilots and community support. The #Support channels are manned by our community-driven Space Support users around the clock to help you out with questions about Games From Space and get you mining.
To ensure we are able to provide the most prompt support, please review the FAQ and Knowledge Base to see if your question can be answered instantly and save everyone some time.
Get the soonest reply possible from a member of Space Support by posting your support question in #support-en (for English support) or the appropriate channel.
Our core staff is based in Germany and are normally online M-F, 9am-6pm (UTC + 2).

For support on issues that don't have a solution in the Knowledge Base, technical issues that can't be resolved in Discord, potential bug reports, and all other inquiries related to Games From Space, we recommend creating a Support Request from the Help Desk.
Tickets are all directly handled by our core staff (Space Crew) and developers.
Expect a response from Games From Space Staff within 24-48 hours (allow more time on weekends)
GFS COMMUNITY - For Feature Wishes:
Have an idea on how we can make Games from Space better? Post an Idea in our Feature Wish section, and vote on existing ideas to influence development.
Ideas with the most votes will be reviewed periodically by our Development team and help us greatly with prioritising our feature releases.
GFS APP - For Game Requests:
Requests for games to add to the store can be done with the App's Add to Wishlist feature. For more info look at I want a game that's not in store, what can I do?
For anything that's not related to technical support, you can join the conversation on Discord or send us a message on social media (Twitter or Facebook). On social media accounts, expect a response from Games From Space Staff within 24-48 hours (allow more time on weekends)
